Usually, CPAP is better.

If your airway shuts down, it would still shut down on oxygen. OSA, is not just low oxygen, but also fragmented sleep. CPAP is preferred because it is safer, and less expensive. Imagine traveling with oxygen!!

However, something sounds funny here. If oxygen is working best for you, I don't really understand why they don't want to use it. Some patients use CPAP + Oxygen.
