It sounds as if your distress arises in some part from having to keep your nose clear because you use a nasal mask on CPAP.
Have you considered going over to a full face mask, so that you will be able to breathe through your mouth while weaning yourself off the sprays?
That could win you the time to go about systematically resolving the underlying problem with your allergist and asthma doc.
