Headgear

I have the Mirage FF2 mask. How long do the headgears last for others using that mask? How do you put ir on and off. I undo the bottom two straps when i take it off. THe velcro on those straps doesn't seem to last me more than three months. I also noticed the velcro down the back is coming unsewed. I have never undone it there. I find i have to adjust the bottom one sometimes to stop leaks. I can't seem to slip the whole thing over my head wihout undoing the bottom straps. Just wondering how other people put their masks off and on.
