I saw a device at the local DME carrier that was designed for this. They were out of literature and the kid working the desk wasn't sure how it worked. He said he thought you used a saline solution that was squirted up the nose and the gunk was sucked out. I haven't had a chance to get back and check it out, can't remember the name either. I will find out and post something about it, soon.
