This study isn't as definitive as some have made it out to be. Both symptoms of Hyperactivity and Sleep Disordered Breathing (not necessarily OSA)were associated. Neither of these conditions were actually diagnosed but were picked up using questionnaire that are sometimes useful for screening for these. These questionnaires were filled in by the parents (another source of bias perhaps). This sort of finding needs replication and perhaps some more rigourous diagnosis. Having said that it is quite large so there is almost certainly some connection, but it might be something else causing it.
