My problem is simple. I was told to take Otrivin type sprays to open me up to get in the Flonase and the doctor did not warn me about these sprays and the rebount effect. Because he told me to take it before the other therapeutic spray I did not pay attention.
I am using no CPAP mask perions now and sleep in a chair sitting up. I believe my sleep apnea is mostly gone because of the loss of weight I have suffered.
I am planning a trip this week to Saranac Lake near Lake Placid to get operated on for my polyp removal.
