Have you told your ENT that you are addicted to the nasal spray? He may be able to offer some advice. Nasal spray addiction is not as rare as you might think. My father was addicted to nasal spray for over 30 years. I recall during his last hospitalization asking me to remove his nasual cannula and give him a couple of squirts. Nasal sprays cause a rebound syndrome, the more you use them, the more you need them.
