You should see an ENT who specializes in sinus problems. You may have nasal and sinus issues that could easily be corrected with a different nasal spray or with minor surgery. I had nasal polyps removed and a deviated septum repaired and would do it again in a heartbeat! The most worthwhile medical procedure I've ever had except for angioplasty/stent implant.
