In addition to irritating your eyes, the leaks are almost certainly disturbing your sleep, causing the therapy to be less effective. What type of mask are you currently using? Someone on here should be able to give you specific advice on how to get it to stop leaking.

Have you tried the Ultra Mirage? I like it and it usually does not leak. I had very good luck with the Sleepnet IQ, which is a customizable gel type mask. It requires a tight fit, but it did not leak at all. Unfortunately, it also rubbed a sore on my nose, so I had to stop using it.

Have you tried the Breeze with nasal pillows. Many here swear by it, but I have had some trouble getting it to not leak. However, when it does leak, the air does not blow into my eyes, which is good.

Give us more info and you will get more help.
