An excellent suggestion is on FORUM 84, 2/3/02 by "Doc AZ M.D" - (I
don't know how to give you the site so you can just click on it). It really
helped me a lot with leaks and burning, red eyes. I wonder if that isn't
at least part of the reason you unconsciously take off the mask - because
it's blowing in your eyes. After I started using the suggestion by DOC AZ MD,
I almost never take off my mask in my sleep.
