Hi Patrick,

I recently bought a large "Totes" cooler on wheels at our local outlet mall. It has some insulation, but is soft sided, and holds everything, C-Pap, humidifier, mask, hoses, and a bottle of water. I am going to try it out this weekend on a trip (by car) and see haow it all works. Something like this might work for your wife.
