I have followed the advice of the Doc in AZ. he suggested using a neckerchief folded over to cover the eyes and a small portion of the nose to stop the air from blowing into the eyes. I didn't have the neckerchief but used an old T shirt that I had cut and folded it to cover that area of the eyes and nose. I still have the benefit of the mirage mask and no air in the eyes at all. Since doing this I have managed to get 7-8 hours of restfull sleep each night.
