I don't use pillows, myself, but I remember reading a few posts that stated going up one pillow size helped with leaking in some cases. I assume your husband was titrated using the nasal pillows and they worked then. Is that true? If so, I would think some tweaking would work, but it does take time.

There are others on this forum who know the ins and outs of adjusting the breeze who I am sure will help with your husband's problems.
