I agree with Doug H. Just because you are not snoring and are not obese doesn't mean you don't have OSA. They are just some of the symptoms and all symptoms are not required to be present to have OSA.

Your husband may say he doesn't hear you gasping for breath in your sleep, but does he stay up all night, watching and listening? My husband told the tech that he didn't notice that I stopped breathing at night. I did, many times, during the test. My husband is a sound and early sleeper. I went to sleep later than him and woke earlier. You can't always count on others to notice your symptoms.

Please don't back out of the test. Even if you don't turn out to have OSA, it will rule that out and you and your doctor can try to find a different cause.
