The Respironics REMstar Plus and Pro series have a built in Humidifier option that stays together as a single unit. The Humidifier and base can be easly seperated from the pump so it can be used without that option. In addition it has an international power supply (you just need plug adapters) and also has a 12 volt jack so it can be used without an inverter on battery power, you just need to buy the optional power cord.
