Breeze adjustment is an art

Your husband appears to be one of those whose negative attitide and expectations will affect his outcome. I think attitude is very important in adapting to cpap/masks.
The proper adjustment of the Breeze, as I have posted MANY times, is more of an art that an exact dictum.
If properly adjusted, it should only touch the face with the pillows BARELY inserted in the nares.
This takes practice to get the THREE adjstment points all proper. Everyone is different. I suggest holding it in the hands and playing with each point till you get an understanding of the engineering.
Then put it on and continue till you can do it in the dark. This takes TIME.
I venture to posit that all unhappy breeze users are simoly not getting it adjusted properly.
It Can be done and he can do it with the proper effort and attitude.
Good Luck to him - perseverance is the word for the day...
