Talk to your sleep doc, call resmed, and ask for tech support to see if the machine is functioning properly.

No machine, no matter the price is perfect. It may be defective.

On the other hand maybe the pressure is as high as it need be. How did you feel the next day??

They do really work, and they do work for more than not. The autoset t is one of the most quiet, and effective machines. There are others with differen 't triggers, however after only a few nights it is way to early to start shopping yet.
