I have tried searching the forums for this topic but get no results. I tried searching from the main page and from inside the actual forums. Down to forum 84. What am I doing wrong? I am so full and bloated all the time. Eating two bites of a burger will fill me up. Just wanted to find out what I can do about this. I am using adam nose hose with pressure of 8 w/heated humidifier. ARGHHHHH
