Liz I agree that the cpap dehydrates even when using the heated humidifer. I spent so much time trying to conquer the mouth breathing and finally did last week with Reno Toms strap. But, I still felt dehydrated too after I knew that I wasn't mouth breathing. The past four or five days I've been drinking 10 glasses of water a day and have felt much better. Another benefit seems to be that my nasal passages feel less congested since I started drinking the water. I hope it continues to help you.
