No- not crimes. It happens while asleep and they are totally unaware when they wake.
It includes unaware attempts against sleep pardners and in other cases very vocal meg ryan type utterances.
It supposedly happens at a particular sleep level and the article does not say cpap directly, I think cpap plus drugs resolve the condition.
I found this interesting because it seems to describe a totally new sleep disorder, at least new to me.
