Sleep Tech said my OXYGEN was low. QUESTION

Posted by Kelus on March 28, 2002 at 12:00:10:

Hi I just got my sleep test done Monday night, and the technician said that I didn't stop breathing, however, my OXYGEN level was at 86% while sleeping, and I snored.

What is the difference in sleep apnea and my problems?
Is it still considered sleep apnea?
She said it was still considered "episodes".

Does anyone have similar problems?
I wake up gasping for breath alot.

I am an overweight 37 year old female.

Thanks!!! Kelus
