a question like this is unanswerable.
Some hints as to why you ask this may be helpful.
Many here cannot determine when their onset of osa happened because of the dynamics of osa. Any answer to this by any level of expertise can only be speculation, but it is interesting.
I dont think I will or can ever know when my osa started and suspect others don't either.
