I do have a Nasal-Aire that I have used for several weeks. It is easy to use and it isn't uncomfortable at all. The only negative things that I have heard here are from people that don't even have a Nasal-Aire and have no basis for their comments. However, there are two things to be aware of with the Nasal-Aire.
1. The size large is very large. Most people would do fine with a medium.
2. The exhaust holes make a bit more noise than the hole on my Adam's Circuit. It isn't a distraction to me, but it may be for someone else.
