This is too low, you need to be about 98. You want to investigate if it will come up with pap, if you need Oxygen and maybe have a lung function test and chest x-ray. The tech cannot do any of this stuff on his own, he needs a prescription. If there was a doctor in attendance during your sleep test, he could and most likely would have ordered pap and O2. You need to be in pretty bad shape to get a doc to spend the night at the test. If you are a smoker, you need to stop. That is not a moral dictate. Deoxygenation is a serious matter, and even if you did not stop breathing, there were undoubtably sleep disturbances that were recorded which also is a serious matter. Finally, get a checkup from an ENT (ear,nose and throat doc). You may need to have a deviated septum fixed, your turbinates reduced, infection removed, sinus drains opened up, and your tonsils and adenoids removed. All of these things can contribute to a restricted airway.
