Someone asked just this question of the sleep doc at our AWAKE meeting last a few days ago. He says there are 600 "treatments" for OSA out there, and to his knowledge, only 3 worked (xPAP, Surgery, dental device).

He said until the FDA approved such a spray specifically FOR OSA, he wouldn't waste a nickel on it.
