Thank you. I can now post that aeorphagia, in my opinion, is due to apnea. I, in additon to having had a bunch of surgeries use positional sleeping. Therefore when I have aeorphagia it can't be CPAP. For this reason I assume that it is apnea, and misadjusted CPAP is the cause of apneas and the reported aeorphagia.

I think that it would be interesting to determine th amount of aeorphagia depending on whether Auto PAPs or CPAPs are involved.
