Just had my second night on a CPAP machine, much better than the first night. I was in a critical state in January and going off all wheat products - especially bread- is what 'saved' my life, I believe and provided me with the time for testing etc. The relief began to show after 24 hrs. Hope this helps. I actually had some small amount of wheat yesterday with no obvious problems - CPAP is looking a good option for me. I told my Dr. I was going to die if I didn't get immediate relief. Hope this helps.
