I have been very happy with the RemStar Plus with heated humidifier. Humidifier is a must, no matter what type of unit you get. I have the Breeze nasal pillows and am very happy with them also. Breeze also makes a Dreamseal that is the full nose type of mask. I am thinking of getting one just so I can switch back and forth if my nose starts hurting.

I know a lot of people have the Mirage mask and are very happy with it.

Just my 2 cents worth.
