I also have the remstar plus with heated humidifier. It is a very quiet machine if that's a consideration. Didn't have the heated humidifier initially and it has helped a lot. I also use the Breeze nasal pillows and have really liked them. I tried the Mirage full face II and it worked okay - I just don't like having my nose covered.
