Dear Just Harry,
I have been on CPAP for about 2 years now. I have been very happy with the Sullivan Auto T from ResMed together with the Mirage mask. The machine is quiet and reliable and the mask is the most comfortable of several I have tried. I also have a Sullivan Humidaire, also from ResMed - I think a heated humidifier is a must for almost everyone on CPAP. I understand from others on this board that a full face mask should be avoided because it encourages mouth breathing - apparently that is an unhealthy habit. Good luck with whatever system you decide on and persist. It may take some weeks or months to get fully used to it, but you will feel so much better. If you have specific problems or questions, this board and the great people who contribute to will always give you good advice.
