I use a Remstar Plus LX and the ramp feature is adjustable in 5 min. increments. You can go as low as 0 (by just not pressing the ramp button) and I've used it as high as 20 min. Don't recall what the maximum is.

I don't know whether the ramp is supposed to be part of the prescription or not. It was not included on my prescription, and the DME asked me what setting I preferred. 20 mins. turned out to be too long, and I lowered it to 10 min.

My machine also has a feature that you can reduce the ramp time by half with a second press of the button. I have used that when I was at 20 mins.
