Thanks for the post, Fog! What exactly is cyclical hypercortisolemia? Does it have anything to do with your cortisol levels? If so, I have had a saliva test testing my cortisol levels 4 times a day and all were abnormal but Endos dont treat low cortisol unless you have addisons disease, I also have had a ACTH stim test in which the baseline was fine but I didnt stimulate very well and the endo still say I am fine and sent me to a sleep doctor. Sorry if thats not what ya meant by cyclical hypercortisolemia. Please let me know. Thanks, Joy
