If the trips to the bathroom are due to OSA, then the CPAP should be taking care of them.

I was doing fine, with no trips during the night, then in the fall, started getting up several times a night. Was about to make an appt with the sleep lab when I was diagnosed with diabetes.

So yes, definitely call your doctor. And if it does not appear to be a sleep problem, look into other causes.
