I think I would try for another test. Your heart problems could be the result of low oxygen although your readings were fine for the test.

It is clear that you do have SA and maybe if you can afford the equipment it would be a good idea to try it with your doctors OK. Some people let you rent the equipment for a few months to see if you can use it or not.
