Gearhead:

I know exactly of much of what you speek as I have most of the same issue (and I am also considered a "professional".

First thing, proper sleep will solve some of the issues once you get it for a few weeks. In my case I also had other exhaustion causing problems and it has been about a 3 year search and working through issues before I now have things turned arround (I now have some energy again, I can now do "thinking work" when I get home, and I am finally loosing weight- seemingly without even trying, and my sleep hours have reduced).

As far as your past. My best advice is to let it go as much as possible. We all have a past, and darn few of us don't wish our past was better.

The important thing is where do you want to go, what do you want to do, what kind of person do you want to become. Within some physical limits (I havn't yet discovered antigravity or faster than light transportation) you can achieve and become whatever you wish to do. So starting from here where do you want to get to. That is the only thing important. Build on the lessons of the past and move on. Life can get better - much better.

I wish you well with this. I havn't posted much these last few forums because I have been working very long hours for several months (which should be over in 2 weeks). Contact me direct if I can help (click on the Perry link at the top of this message).
