I just had my first night on CPAP (see post above) and I too am anxious about how it will help me.

I too have had trouble with work because of Apnea. At least now I know why now. But its true, even though HR is aware of my Apnea they still treat it as something I should be able to "shake off" and still perform 100%. Kinda like it's all in my head. "Just go to sleep earlier in the night" was one advice my boss (who thinks he's a doctor) gave me.
