Hang in there. The humidifier should help. I was very hesitant to accept the strong recommendation to use CPAP. After considering it a month, I decided to give it an honest try to see if it would eliminate my constant fatigue. It was uncomfortable for the first few nights, but I was determined to give it a fair trial. I have now been using it for a couple months, and have a significant and welcome change in my energy level. No more constant fatigue.

I think my determination made this work. I am still learning how to be most comfortable at night, and am thinking of doing some kind of enclosure to cut down on the machine noise, which my wife notices. I don't notice the noise, since I am sleeping so well. The mask still needs some tweaking - I am using the Ultra Mirage - but I gradually am getting to an optimal adjustment.
