I have the same exact problem you are having John! Its annoying because It too wakes me up. the air escapes through my tongue and out my lips, even with my mouth closed! I guess ill give that hole tongue method a try, but so far I cant reap the benifits of cpap because of mouth breathing. take care john, let me know what helps you out so I can try it too.
