I use the nasal air at 10, but one of the things my doctor thought was I would have trouble with the Breeze pillows is that I have a deviated septum and the air would bounce off the wall of my septum. This has not happened, I have no trouble at all. I have not experience any sores either. At 18 that could be a problem.
