I think you can get insurance to cover you. Another poster wrote about how Medicare recently changed their guidelines. If memory serves, they changed their focus less from full-blown apneas to arousals from sleep, whether that be due to apneas, hypopneas or whatever.

The meds are a waste of time. You have some sort of sleep disordered breathing.

I'd fight for a titration study.
