You just said the "Middle East." You didn't specify which country. Undoubtedly, this machine will be dual-voltage, so do you don't have to worry about where you buy it. In the U.S. you need a prescription, but perhaps not where you live.

If you have - or don't need - a prescription, you can proably have the manufacturer ship it.
