It does take some time to get used to the mask. Each night gains on the getting used to it. On previous forums it has een suggested to get a sweat band and wear it around your head over the lower part of the mask being careful not to cover the exhaust vents on the top. This has done the trick for me. It holds the mask in position. I am awake now in the early am because sometimes I get worked up and can't go back to sleep. After a while on the computer I get sleepy and go right back to sleep. Good luck and keep trying with the mask. Joyful
