Heated humidifier

I am a mouth breather with nasal congestion using a F&P HC150 heated humidifier and a Marage FF mask the problem I am having is severe dry mouth that wakes me up with the humidifier set on 3.5 it only goes to 4 and if I set it on 4 the heat gets to me and I take the mask off does any one make humidifer that would deliver high humidity with lower heat I have a oasis passive humidifier but it just isn't enough humidity Thank You for you help
