cpap at 17cm for five months

--after searching through all the forums----i realize there is no pat answer--

i have serious sleep apnea and my cpap is set at 17 cm
my sleep is improved for sure!! but i wake up with the same gorggy hangover and still have much trouble concentrating/focusing----i have been out of work from an accounting job i had for 20 years-----it's five months now of slightly better--but still absent minded confusion---

is this typical---should i expect better results by now?
