Stick with nasal pillows if you're already comfortable with them in the Adams circuit. The actual pillow is the same in both Adams and the Breeze headgear configurations - so the choice is straps, if you like 'em, or the Breeze gear if you prefer the convenience of single-handed on/off and something that looks more 20th century than medieval! I've no problems side sleeping with the Breeze setup: it is so minimalist that it will only be pushed by your bed pillow if you bury your face in it.
