good for you Mae. when I went to the sleep doc. he mentioned some people have problems with claustrophobic feelings. Im not sure if he was suggesting medication or counseling. Maybe your doctor can suggest something to help. I have been on a cpap for a month and every night is different, some nights I sleep soundly and others night not. But I will never again sleep without my cpap.
