As you see, there are many similar stories. I thought the last thing I would have is a sleep problem. Seven years ago I ran 25 mi/week, 100 pushups a day, perhaps drank a little too much and definitely slept too little (about 6 hrs/day). Now I have recently quit running and tire doing simple house tasks. Your descriptive phrase "haze" is the origin of my moniker. I complained of similar fatigue symptoms for years and was met with the same indifference, largely because of HMO insurance.

You may or may not have a sleep issue, but you are on the right track. Learn as much as you can beforehand. Good Luck.
