I bought my AutoAdjust LT over the Internet froma provider in Vancouver. I used my initial prescription plus feedback froma short Vituoso test arranged through my sleep doc. I am very happy with the AALT (software is a MUST!) but would probably try and rent beforehand if I were to do it over (however, you usually can't get software with a rental). I had a really hard time finding a supplier in Ontario because the ADP doesn't pay for autopaps.
