I believe I'm going to be able to rent an AALT for at least a week (I reached Sunrise Canada). You stated in one of your posts that it pretty much eliminated your aerophagia, but you didn't feel that your sleep was much better. How do you think renting would help in your decision? I rented CPAP first and while it has helped I still have problems with being tired. You say you are very happy with the AALT so you must see some improvements. Sorry this is so long but I really don't have the money to buy an AutoPap and want to make sure I wouldn't be wasting money. As you have stated finding AutoPap in Ontario is difficult. I wish I knew of a way to determine whether a flow limitation machine would work better. I had an AHI of 53, all hypopnea's, and at a pressure of 14 they were still seeing them but I was ready to blow up! So I hope APAP may be the solution. Thanks for your answer.
