Unless you use a board for a pillow side position sleepers will find it a problem using most masks. The pillow set-ups allow side sleeping with minmal contact of the pillows (the one you're sleeping on and the ones contacting your nose). Of course the type of pillow your sleeping on will make a huge difference. Soft pillows allow your head to sink in deeper and cause contact with any interface you are using and cause leaks.

I do find that the use of dilator pillows will allow the head gear to flex without causing as many leaks. The dilator pillows have a slight potrusion into the nose and will fit either the Adams or Breeze headgear.
